## Job description
- 根据设计定位方向完成汽车外饰零部件造型设计与实施工作，包括前期设计趋势分析、概念创意、效果图表达；
- 根据设计分析、设计策略和设计定位，发展出多个细节设计方向，提供多样化、创新性的设计方案，并满足品牌与客户的需求；
- 配合整车创意设计师完成细节设计，对于细节零部件设计图、模型、数模的设计质量、制作质量负责；
- 在细节零部件设计项目各个阶段，进行设计资料、工作过程及交付结果的定期分析、总结和归档；
- 改进工作方法和流程，进一步提高效率和设计质量；
- 与工程团队协作，分析解决细节设计与工程平衡问题，提出解决方案；
- 提高团队设计能力，关注员工成长。
- 本科及以上学历，工业设计、交通工具设计等相关专业，5年以上汽车造型设计工作经验；
- 出色的手绘能力；
- 出色的二维表达能力；
- 熟练应用Photoshop、Alias；
- 热爱汽车设计，对汽车、对造型的理解能有相当的专业水平，了解汽车结构和制造工艺；
- 具有较强的中英文沟通能力及良好的团队合作精神,向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强。
