## Job description
- 负责新媒体营销策略与内容输出、竞品及平台研究、构建数据评价体系，保障线上目标达成、整体传播方向与内容统一；
- 负责明确的抖音/快手/视频号官方账号定位、传播内容输出、平台日常运营，完成官方矩阵的粉丝建设，打造百万级企业号；
- 负责完成公司多级矩阵搭建规划，打造各级矩阵差异化账号人设，共建网红资源，搭建流量变现模型，最终实现流量变现。

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历

### 专业知识
- 5年及以上相关工作经验，3年及以上带团队经验优先

### 工作经验
- 具备5年以上产品传播、新媒体同岗位或相关岗位工作经验优先

### 能力要求
- ① 具备较强的表达、沟通和协调能力，有较强的责任心、耐心及奉献精神 ② 熟练掌握任职领域工作任务的特点及业务流程与运作方式，熟练掌握公司内部规章制度
