## Job description
- 主导IT系统数据合规风险识别及评估，制定并实施数据合规与安全解决方案，包括数据加密、访问控制、数据脱敏等技术方案的规划与实施
- 针对发现的风险制定整改方案并跟踪落实，降低数据泄露、篡改等安全事件的发生概率
- 部署和维护数据安全相关技术工具，如数据防泄漏（DLP）系统、数据库审计系统、数据加密工具等
- 编制并完善数据安全相关的制度、流程和规范

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，信息与计算科学专业

### 工作经验
- 10年以上工作经验，有大型主机厂或头部Tie 1经验者优先

### 沟通能力
- 具备出色的跨部门沟通能力和亲和力
