## Job description
- 负责面向AI芯片的高性能算子库设计与开发，参与深度学习核心算子（如GEMM、Convolution、Softmax、LayerNorm等）、大模型关键算子（如Attention、Difussion、MoE等）以及智驾业务算子的高效实现，充分发挥硬件算力。
- 针对芯片的存储层次、计算单元、异构同步等特性，开展定制化优化与调优，确保算子库在目标AI芯片上的性能达标。
- 与硬件架构、编译器团队紧密协作，结合硬件微架构特性与编译器优化能力，推动算子实现与芯片架构的深度协同，共同提升AI芯片的竞争力。
- 跟踪高性能计算、AI编译器、算子代码自动生成（如AIKG）等领域前沿技术，探索新算法、新架构在算子库中的应用，持续提升算子库的技术领先性与交付效率。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。
- 熟悉NPU/GPU/DSP等高性能计算或异构加速芯片硬件；
- 熟悉CUDA C/C++、Triton、OpenCL或HIP等异构编程语言，具备扎实的代码实现与调优能力；
