## Job description
- 受理来自不同渠道的违规举报线索，接受指派的违规调查工作；
- 根据举报线索、公司合规政策，开展员工、相关方的舞弊调查和合规检查；
- 依据调查过程中获取的事实，通过专业的调查方法、工具，收集调查证据，形成事实的证据链，配合经侦、公检法办案； 3、开展相关人员的沟通访谈，完成信息整理、甄别、分析等，给出书面的结案报告，协助相关职能部门做出处罚决定并督导落实；
- 针对调查中发现的管理漏洞、潜在的风险提出改进建议，监督改善措施的执行情况；
- 优化调查思路及方法，促进调查经验的积累与传承。

### 学历及专业
- 本科及以上，财经、法律、审计、法务等相关专业；

### 工作方向
- 合规调查（反舞弊方向）；

### 工作经验
- 本科8年以上工作经验；

### 任职要求
- 熟悉汽车行业发展，具备监察、反舞弊工作经验，原则性及保密意识强，对事物敏感度高，有较强的逻辑分析能力，高度的责任心与进取精神，具备良好的职业习惯与职业行为，有配合经侦、公检法办案经历优先，通过法律职业资格、反舞弊调查、财务审计类资格优先。高度的责任心与进取精神，具备良好的职业习惯与职业行为。
