## Job description

### 主要负责
- 负责变速箱及电驱NVH性能开发及相关质量问题的分析与整改；

### 次要负责
- 负责对接整车关于传递系统的NVH问题排查；
- 能够编制变速箱及NVH性能开发规范；
- 了解变速箱及电驱的NVH性能目标。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，汽车制造相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上工作经验、熟悉变速箱、电驱等典型噪声问题；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车变速箱、电驱产品三合一、六合一、八合一等产品结构；

### 能力要求
- 具备传动系统NVH测试分析能力。
