## Job description
- 制定精益生产推进计划，推动5S、看板管理、价值流图、标准化作业等工具落地。
- 通过现场观察与数据分析，识别生产过程中的七大浪费并加以改善。
- 分析生产线平衡，优化工位布局与作业方法，提升整体设备效率和人员效率。

### 生源资质
- 全日制一本及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械、项目管理等专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
