## Job description
- 协助维护公司ISO9001、IATF16949（如适用）等质量体系的日常运行，跟进体系文件（手册、程序文件、作业指导书）的版本管理；
- 参与内部审核计划的制定与执行，整理内审检查表、不符合项报告，并跟踪整改关闭；
- 配合完成客户审核及第三方认证审核的准备工作，包括资料收集、现场陪检及整改回复；
- 定期组织体系知识培训（如文件控制、记录控制、变更管理），提升全员质量意识；
- 监控体系绩效指标（KPI）数据，协助管理评审会议的资料汇总与决议跟踪。
- 质量管理、工业工程、管理类或理工类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 了解ISO9001标准条文，熟悉PDCA、过程方法等体系核心理念；
- 具备较好的文档撰写和整理能力，熟练使用办公软件及文档管理系统；
- 逻辑严谨，做事有条理，细心且有耐心处理大量程序性事务；
- 沟通表达清晰，有组织协调能力，责任心强，具备保密意识。
