1、负责海外市场地产化整体策划管理工作； 2、负责海外市场地产化零部件的开发工作； 4、负责海外零部件技术相关问题的技术对接管理工作； 5、负责生态产品的开发管理工作；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 10年以上主机厂零部件开发管理工作经验。

### 专业知识
- 熟知整车开发流程，熟知零部件技术开发流程，了解整车各系统零部件技术知识。

### 能力要求
- 具有较强的策划和管理能力，具有一定的英语听说读写能力，善于沟通协调，有较强的计划性和团队意识。
