## Job description

负责整车动总(ICE、PHEV、增程器)NVH性能开发工作，包括（目标设定、分解及控制方法、方案设计及优化、管控策略开发、技术能力提升等； 负责整车动总性能开发相关的阀点报告交付物的编写； 完成动总试验及问题优化，并推动方案落地，确保目标达成。 本科及以上学历（统招）； 8年及以上整车NVH开发相关工作经验，至少具有2个完整相关项目开发经验。
