## Job description

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程及相关专业； 2、5年以上主机厂售后索赔管理工作经验； 3、熟悉主机厂对服务中心的一次索赔流程及对供应商的二次索赔流程，
- 负责一/二次索赔费用结算业务标准/流程的制定与完善
- 负责一/二次索赔费用结算业务品质/效率提升策略的研究与推进
- 负责一/二次索赔费用结算业务信息及相关资料的合规审核
- 制作每月结算报表，并跟进财务结算情况
- 提供一/二次索赔费用结算业务咨询和指导
