## Job description
- 负责主导完成外饰功能件创新项目立项与技术规划、系统架构设计与方案开发、跨域协同与整车集成、验证测试及交付。
- 负责外饰功能件创新产品新开发车型推广及应用、后续车型拓展与技术迭代。
- 负责外饰功能件创新产品标准创建及更新、能力建设。

### 学历
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业
- 声学、电子、光学等相关专业。
- 具备战略思维与技术洞察力，能够准确把握行业技术趋势，并结合企业实际制定可行的技术路线。
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和多任务处理能力，能够有效整合内外部资源，推动复杂项目落地。
