## Job description
- 负责整车热管理系统仿真模型搭建与维护，涵盖冷却、空调、电池热管理等核心子系统。
- 开展整车热管理多工况性能仿真分析，包括降温、采暖、能耗及极端工况等典型场景。
- 编制仿真分析报告，提出性能优化方案并跟踪推动落地，支撑性能目标达成。
- 负责仿真建模方法研究与 CAE 工具开发，持续提升仿真精度与工作效率。
- 为整车热管理性能开发提供仿真数据支持与技术建议，协同推进跨专业问题解决。

### 生源资质
- 博士学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车、机械、能源动力、电子电气、自动化、计算机等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
