## Job description
- 组建并管理子公司财务团队，带领团队完成公司下达的各项工作，并对财务部门各岗位工作结果进行考核；
- 主导财务系统上线，保证按公司要求及时输出财务报表，确保遵从属地会计准则；明确属地报表与国内报表差异；
- 编制并监督执行各项规章制度，确保内控流程完整并执行到位；
- 分解总部预算，确保预算任务落地执行完成；
- 审查公司重大资金流动，保证公司资金安全，资金回报率最大化；
- 对公司各项经营指标进行分析，包括但不限于收入、费用、利润、资金、库存、应收等项目；
- 协调财务部门与管理层及其他业务部门配合。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，财务相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年以上财务经验，有财务负责人工作经验，有海外子公司财务负责人工作经验更优；带过团队，了解团队管理；
- 英语可作为工作语言，接受外派。
