## Job description
- 规划汽车零部件再制造业务可行性方案（如发动机、变速箱、前照灯、电子转向柱等）
- 搭建汽车零部件再制造业务的回收、生产、销售管理体系；
- 负责整体生产线的统筹管理，包括0-1的生产体系搭建、生产计划、工艺优化、生产管理、效率、成本、设备管理、质量管控、安全生产等；
- 根据年度经营大纲，统筹制定年度生产销售规划，统筹管理零部件再制造等相关生产线，达成年度业绩指标，对再制造整体的业绩负责
- 本科及以上学历，工科相关专业；
- 有3年以上汽车主机厂再制造相关业务从业经验，熟悉行业市场、生产工艺与流程等；
- 具备较强的体系搭建能力、清晰的制造运营管控思路与实战经验。
