## Job description
- 负责技术类项目从立项、规划、执行、监控到收尾的全生命周期管理，制定项目计划与里程碑节点；
- 统筹研发、测试、产品等跨部门资源，协调内外部协作，合理分配人力与物力，把控工作排期；
- 跟踪项目进度、把控交付质量，识别技术及项目风险，制定应对预案，及时解决卡点问题；
- 对接业务方、客户及管理层，梳理业务需求、同步项目进展，输出周报、月报、阶段复盘报告；
- 建立并落地项目管理流程规范，项目结束后组织复盘，沉淀经验、优化后续项目交付效率。 项目管理、汽车工程、工商管理等相关专业
