Working as part of a supportive team and adapting to change. Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. Ability to work various shifts to serve our participants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time. ### Preferred qualifications Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
