Joining us means becoming part of a global team where your work matters and your future can take shape. ### What you have Required Qualifications Must have 6+ proven experience delivering and supporting/maintaining the Workday platform Strong experience in Workday delivery and release readiness management, as well as experience in tenant management and coordination. Workday Integration methods, monitoring experience Experience with tenant and QA tools such as Kainos a big plus. Experience facilitating and managing Workday in an offshore support model, 24x7 model is preferred. Problem management and triage experience with proven results/outcomes Proven project management skills – plan, organize, lead, track & report. Advanced knowledge of the use of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge of development management IT service management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, ServiceNow (HR),, SharePoint). Working knowledge of Visio. Demonstrate outstanding customer service. A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience working with Workday HCM system support experience is a firm requirement. Practitioner knowledge of HR business processes (ex., Talent acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) highly desired. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using best practices to support live applications Prioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systems. Executes strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions. Addresses QA challenges by applying best practices in testing and compliance. Validates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operations. Monitors and addresses security policy violations using best practices. ### Preferred Qualifications Conducts in-depth analysis, evaluates factors, and influences decisions with insights Ensures stakeholders has the necessary information for informed decisions. Analyzes market dynamics, provides guidance to peers, and aligns work with business goals. Trusts colleagues to manage outcomes. Anticipates consequences of situations and acts to prepare for contingencies in assigned tasks Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements creative solutions. Influences team quality and effectiveness with decisions. Builds credibility with expertise, transparency, and confidentiality.
