Ücreti, Puantaj evrakları vb.) hazırlayıp belirtilen süresinde iletmek, sisteme bilgi girişlerini yapmak, özlük evraklarını ve puantajları merkeze göndermek, Sistem üzerinden Performans Geliştirme ve Değerlendirme süreci kapsamında personelin bilgilendirilmesi, değerlendirme sürecinin takip edilmesi Düşük performans notu olan personeller için Performans iyileştirme planının hazırlanma sürecinin takip edilmesi, Sorumluluk alanındaki tüm süreçlerde İşçi
