Contribuie activ la mentinerea si imbunatatirea relatiilor de colaborare cu toti clientii alocati conform procedurilor in vigoare Promoveaza produsele si serviciile comercializate de companie prin vanzarea telefonica Asigura suportul, in relatie de colaborare cu Reprezentantul Vanzari Farmacii, in incasarea creantelor de la clientii alocati Intocmeste comenzile pentru clienti, in concordanta cu conditiile comerciale negociate(discount, termen de plata, etc), respectand totodata standardele impuse de companie Respecta planificarea privind contactarea telefonica a clientilor si ofera solutii specifice nevoilor lor Rezolva reclamatiile si realizeaza retururile Intocmeste rapoartesolicitate de catre superiori..
