You will work closely with the PM Accounting Associate to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. ### What You’ll Do - Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts - Help prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements - Assist in developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts for various business units - Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and teams - Identify and analyze financial issues and assist in developing recommendations for resolution - Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration - Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and reports for management review - Support the team in achieving financial objectives and meeting deadlines What You’ll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to work collaboritively within a team and independently when required - Strong organizational and me management skills - Ability to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations - Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of financial analysis. The minimum salary for the Staff Accounting position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Staff Accountant position is $68,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
