## Job description

### What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in sales, sales operations, business development, commercial real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to solve moderately complex problems using sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- An inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and supporting business growth.
