## Job description
- 對海外企業之自貸、聯貸案以及專案融資、併購融資等授信案件，經綜合評估產業景氣消長趨勢與個案授信風險後，提出合宜之授信建議及拓展方向，並依內部規定於必要時陪同營業單位訪客/廠
- 協助指導資淺同仁建立產業專業知識、行業別特性、交易模式、財務分析、蒐集海外據點之金融監理法規以協助營業單位諮詢及架構授信條件並能擔任單位教育訓練講師
- 協助指導授信審查專業人員以確保工作品質並提升審查效率，協助資淺及新進同仁強化授信風險評估
- 對審查之授信案件依規定進行貸後覆審，並具體提出合宜建議，以確保本行債權
- 具備獨立審查作業能力並能配合海外出差
- 協助指導科內庶務工作輪值以確保簽報書及授審會議事流程順暢
