## Job description

【工作內容與職責】

### 企業級 GenAI 應用開發 (Core Development)
- 根據您的技術專長，選擇 Spring AI (Java) 或 Semantic Kernel (.NET) 作為開發框架。

### 設計與實作 Function Calling (Tools) 機制

將現有的業務邏輯（如查詢訂單、權限驗證）封裝為 AI 可調用的函數，賦予 AI 執行實際任務的能力。 負責 Prompt Engineering 的版本管理與模組化設計，確保 AI 回應的準確性與一致性。

### RAG (檢索增強生成) 與知識庫建置
- 設計並維護 向量資料庫 (Vector Database) 架構，處理企業非結構化數據（文件、規章）的 Embedding 流程。 優化檢索策略（如 Hybrid Search、Re-ranking），確保 AI 能精準獲取最新的業務資訊來回答客戶問題。

### Agent 流程編排與系統架構
- 設計 Multi-Agent (多代理人)

### 協作模式，處理複雜的業務場景（如

一個 Agent 負責與客戶對話，另一個 Agent 負責背景資料審核）。 規劃 AI 中台架構，包含 API Gateway 設計、Rate Limiting (頻率限制)、以及 Streaming (流式傳輸) 機制，確保系統在高併發下的穩定性。

### 安全性與觀測 (Security & Observability)
- 實作 PII (個資) 防護層，確保傳送給 LLM 的數據符合資安規範。 建立完整的監控機制，追蹤 Token 消耗成本、回應延遲 (Latency) 與 AI 決策路徑 (Tracing)。 【必備條件】 (Requirements) - 請符合其中一項技術棧 【選項 A：如果您是 Java 高手】 精通 Java 17+ 與 Spring Boot 3.x。 熟悉 Spring AI 框架架構（ChatClient, VectorStore, FunctionCallback）。 或熟悉 LangChain4j，並具備將其整合至 Spring 生態系的經驗。 【選項 B：如果您是.NET 高手】 精通 C# (.NET 8+) 與 ASP.NET Core。
