## Job description

職務說明 1. 負責電子交易系統（APP／Web／API）之需求分析、專案管理與日常維運 2. 透過跨部門及委外廠商協作，確保交易系統穩定運作、效能優化及專案順利交付。

### 一、系統分析與專案管理
- 與業務單位共同討論需求，進行需求分析、系統規劃及解決方案設計。
- 負責電子交易系統（APP／Web／API）功能開發專案之規劃、執行與進度控管。
- 與委外廠商協作，釐清需求規格、功能設計及系統測試內容。
- 管理委外開發專案，追蹤專案時程、品質及交付成果。
- 規劃及執行系統測試、壓力測試與上線作業，確保系統品質與穩定性。
- 協助重大專案相關文件整理、稽核配合及資料提供作業。

### 二、系統維運與效能管理
- 負責電子交易系統日常維運與監控，確保系統穩定運行。
- 即時處理線上異常事件，協調相關單位及廠商進行問題排除。
- 分析系統效能、交易量及主機資源使用情況，提出優化建議與容量規劃。
- 建立及優化系統監控機制，提高系統可用性與服務品質。
- 定期執行系統健康檢查、弱點掃描及資安風險評估。
- 撰寫及維護系統文件、維運手冊及測試報告。

### 三、委外管理
- 負責委外廠商管理與合作關係維護。
- 協助委外合約簽訂、驗收及履約管理。
- 協調使用單位與委外廠商進行需求溝通、問題追蹤及功能改善。
