## Job description
- 負責收集、分析永續趨勢，特別聚焦於社會面（Social）議題，包含社會創新、普惠金融、弱勢關懷、社會影響力衡量（如SROI）等，製作專題分析報告並提出策略建議，作為公司ESG發展決策參考，製作企業永續議題專題報告及建議方案，並向高階主管及內部團隊簡報，以提供公司未來因應ESG之決策參考。
- 負責集團企業永續專案規劃，以社會影響力為核心，串聯內外部資源（如NGO、社會企業、合作夥伴等），進行跨部門及跨子公司協作，確保專案落地與成效。
- 協助集團永續資訊揭露，包含報告書撰寫、國際永續評比與相關獎項等作業。
- 協助ESG對外溝通事務，進行溝通策略規劃，並進行跨部門協調。
- 參與或主導社會議題相關專案（如社會創新合作、公益策略、影響力投資等），並建立社會影響力評估與管理機制。
