- 電話行銷團隊組織發展管理
- 電話行銷團隊績效追蹤管理
- 團隊業績目標設定及達成
- 客訴處理及控管、通路營運計畫與管理、危機與議題管理
- 執行並完成公司或主管交辦事項

### 薪資保障
- 45,000以上(保障底薪)＋豐富獎金＋國內外獎勵旅遊 正式職員，有保險電銷中心或業務主管經驗者佳，100%純內勤，無需擔心日曬雨淋，個性主動積極，善於激勵部屬、具溝通協調能力、具問題解決及決策能力，保障底薪+豐富獎金，挑戰高薪。
