## Job description

雲端量子技術專案管理師（Cloud Quantum Technology Project Manager） 職位簡介 負責規劃與推動集團量子技術相關專案，協助推動後量子密碼（PQC）遷移與量子安全（Quantum-Safe）轉型，並協調跨部門資源，促進量子運算在金融領域（如投資組合最佳化、風險分析等）的應用研究與發展。

### 主要工作職責

規劃與管理量子技術及後量子密碼（PQC）相關專案。 協調資安、雲端架構與應用開發團隊推動量子技術導入。 支援量子金融應用研究與概念驗證（PoC）專案管理。 追蹤量子與Quantum-Safe技術發展趨勢，提供專案規劃建議。 管控專案時程、資源與風險，確保專案順利推進。

### 能力要求

具專案管理經驗與良好的跨部門協作能力。 具基本量子運算、密碼學或資訊安全概念尤佳。 熟悉雲端平台基本架構（AWS、GCP 或 Azure）。 具良好溝通能力與技術文件整理能力。 對前瞻科技與金融科技創新具高度學習與推動意願。
