【鑑價企劃科】
- 辦理不動產土建融資授信擔保品估價及市場評估(全臺)。
- 進行都會區住宅市場供需統計、趨勢分析及市場動態追蹤。
- 分析都會區不動產成交價格，進行市場分群及價格漲跌趨勢研究。
- 探索房市反轉指標及市場風險訊號，進行風險評估與預警分析。
- 蒐集國內外不動產市場資訊，進行市場趨勢及重要議題分析研究。 【鑑價一科】
- 辦理不動產授信擔保品估價及市場評估(雙北地區)。
- 進行不動產區域市場分析、社區資料蒐集，以及數位資料庫建置與維護。
- 辦理不動產市場調查、交易資訊蒐集及市場趨勢分析。
- 針對不動產市場重要議題進行專題研究、資料分析及簡報製作。
