## Job description

1.參與科內執行中之新技術研究，依據被指派的主題進行技術、解決方案、應用場景、架構設計…等相關面向的研究學習及分析評估，並向主管及同仁分享研究結果 2.

### 參與專案提案簡報製作及主管臨時交辦任務 【需要甚麼技能/知識/職能】 技能

Java EE、HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Vue、Git、Camunda、相關專案管理工具(如JIRA)

### 知識

對新技術具敏感度，有能力與方法評估採用並導入新技術，同時制定使用技術規範 職能：對話力、促進團隊成功、積極主動、簡報能力、問題分析與解決、高影響力溝通、持續改善、持續學習、樂於分享。

### 經驗
- 具2年(含)以上的解決方案架構(涵蓋應用架構)開發交付經驗，如IT產品、服務和功能等。
- 具1個(含)以上的IT應用技術領域知識及能力(如程式語言、開發框架、應用系統運行平台等)。
- 接觸過多種不同的應用開發技術、技術配置和運行環境。
- 具有應用開發技術、資安….等領域證照。 (有為佳) 【未來發展(短中長期)】 短期(0-2年)：參與科內各項技術研究，了解公司業務流程，熟悉各單位協作模式，並累積研究經驗與量能 中期(2-5年)：參與組織策略及新技術研究的討論，協助組織新技術的推進，幫助組織業務發展。

### 長期(5年以上)

主導組織新技術發展策略的規劃與推動，制定及管理相關架構規範、原則及技術標準，透過架構治理與控制，確保組織策略有效執行並達成目標。
