## Job description

### ISMS及資訊管理制度
- 協助 ISMS 管理制度運作，辦理資訊相關政策、規範及作業程序之制定、修訂、維護與落實。

### 資訊合規與監管要求
- 依主管機關、法令及公司內部規範要求，協助資訊相關政策與管理標準之制定，並追蹤各項合規要求之執行情形。

### 內外部查核與改善管理
- 協助法務、法遵、風管及內外部稽核／查核作業，辦理資料彙整、回覆、改善事項及執行進度追蹤。

### 合規專案與跨單位協作
- 協助資訊合規、風險及治理相關會議與專案，辦理資料彙整、會議紀錄、待辦事項追蹤及跨單位溝通協調。

### 合規管理作業
- 辦理資訊合規相關文件、管理資料及例行作業，並配合主管交辦之資訊管理事項。
