## Job description
- AI／數位推廣與人才賦能策略
- 參與集團 AI／數位工具推廣策略及中長期人才賦能規劃，依據組織需求設計推廣與培育機制，並協同內外部夥伴推動相關計畫，持續提升員工對 AI／數位工具的認知、應用與參與。
- 教育訓練與培育機制
- 規劃並執行 AI／數位相關教育訓練與工作坊，涵蓋課程規劃、內容設計、講師培訓、種子人才招募與培育等，並透過參與度、滿意度及學習回饋持續優化培育內容與成效。
- 推廣機制與交流文化經營
- 規劃線上／實體推廣及知識共享機制，包含知識管理站台、互動社群、種子交流及主題活動等，促進跨團隊經驗分享、案例交流與技術互動，逐步形塑集團內部主動學習、 分享與應用 AI／數位工具的文化。
- AI／數位工具場景應用與擴散
- 推動 AI／數位工具融入日常工作流程，協助發掘與發展具價值的應用場景，串聯跨單位經驗與成功案例，促進場景複用與規模化擴散，提升工具實際應用效益。
