## Job description
- 持續追蹤洗錢防制、打擊資恐、國際制裁及打詐等相關法令、函令與公會規範，並協助修訂相關政策、程序、作業手冊、檢核表及內部控制文件。
- 負責執行相關單位之客戶身分確認、風險分級、實質受益人辨識、名單檢核、異常交易檢核、PEP及高風險客戶審查，並依客戶背景、交易目的、資金來源、地域及產品風險執行持續審查與強化審查，確保相關作業完整且具備可稽核性。
- 協助交易監控態樣、參數及預警案件處理流程之設計與檢視，分析異常交易型態，並就疑似洗錢或資恐案件協助調查。
- 協助執行公司整體洗錢及資恐風險評估與相關內外部報告資料蒐集。
- 協助相關教育訓練，追蹤訓練完成率與成效，並提升各單位對洗錢及資恐風險之辨識能力與法遵意識。
