Who am I? 策略溝通部於2021年自數數發中心升格為金控部門，尋找有共同價值觀與能力的夥伴。策略溝通部策略行銷科銜接金控品牌藍圖，針對重點業務發展，進行企業/行銷溝通規劃，期許成為推動集團轉型的關鍵 Driver & Enabler。 What am I for?

### 我們的業務範圍相當多元，如

數位轉型、金融科技、健康生活、場景金融、資產管理、海外市場、雇主品牌、永續金融等；協作對象則涵蓋集團下所有子公司。因此，你將會參與大量跨單位/跨子公司專案協作，期待你擁有開放的心態與跨團隊溝通熱忱。 Why me?

### 我們期許你擁有成熟的硬實力（專業核心能力）與軟實力（溝通協調整合），願意持續深化領域知識，同時拓展職能與思考維度

議題設定：處理集團數位轉型及關鍵議題，如：資產管理、數位轉型、永續金融、人才品牌等，你需具備快速理解陌生議題的能力，並能策略思考、提供專業洞察與溝通建議。 企業整合溝通：以金控視角為各專案擬定可執行的溝通策略，妥善運用內外溝通機制，發揮集團最大綜效。 支援團隊事務：成為好的團隊協作者。
