## Job description
- 辦理法令遵循制度及內部控制相關之例行性作業，包括法遵事項檢核、自行評估、執行情形彙整及相關管理作業。
- 蒐集及檢視國內外法令規章異動，評估對本行業務及內部規範之影響，並追蹤相關單位研議及落實必要之因應措施。
- 定期檢視主管機關對金融同業之裁罰、處分及重要監理案例，分析是否涉及本行類似業務或風險情境，並評估及追蹤必要之改善或預防措施。
- 辦理 FATCA、CRS 相關法令遵循作業，包括內部諮詢、規範解釋、資料檢核、年度申報、異常案件追蹤及跨單位溝通協調。
- 彙整及追蹤法令遵循、內部控制及相關查核所發現之缺失或待改善事項，掌握改善進度並製作相關管理報表。
- 辦理法令遵循相關會議、教育訓練及宣導作業，包括資料準備、會議紀錄、教材或宣導內容整理及後續事項追蹤。
- 協助主管機關、內部稽核或其他單位所需之法令遵循資料準備、文件彙整及相關事項回覆。
- 辦理法令遵循相關規範、文件及資料之建檔、維護，以及其他部門行政管理與主管交辦事項。
