### 你的日常工作會是
- 成為客戶的服務神隊友 了解客戶需求，協助處理保單相關問題與各項保戶服務。
- 學會一套真正帶得走的「溝通與問題解決能力」 從接待禮儀、溝通技巧到同理心，讓你愈來愈懂得與不同的人互動。
- 累積保險專業，也提升防詐敏感度 接觸各種客戶服務情境，培養觀察與判斷能力，破解常見詐騙手法。
- 與團隊一起完成服務任務 與服務中心夥伴及總公司單位合作，完成案件處理、追蹤及行政作業。
