- 透過數據分析等客觀工具或方法，分析直效通路業務績效、客群經營、名單資源，發掘問題並擬定解決方案
- 規劃直效通路考核獎勵辦法、獎金計算、業務制度、報表自動化等，提升業務經營效率
- 蒐集前線實際回饋及需求，進行跨單位溝通協調、優化、調整舉措等
- 完成主管交辦事項
