## Job description
- 客服績效指標統計與分析 定期彙整客服中心各項營運數據，進行績效指標追蹤、趨勢分析與報表製作，協助主管掌握服務品質與營運成效。
- 申訴案件管理與統計分析 負責申訴案件資料彙整、分類管理與統計分析，協助追蹤案件處理進度，並提出服務改善建議。
- 客戶服務作業流程優化 檢視現行客服作業流程，協助規劃流程改善方案，提升服務效率、作業品質與客戶體驗。
- 新服務專案企劃與推動 參與客服相關新服務、新制度或數位服務專案之規劃、執行、追蹤與成效檢核。
- 跨單位溝通與協作 配合業務、理賠、資訊、法遵等相關單位，協助處理客服作業需求、系統優化或服務改善事項。
- 客服報表與簡報製作 製作例行性或專案型統計報表、管理簡報及分析資料，提供主管決策參考。
- 服務品質改善追蹤 依據客服數據、客訴原因及客戶回饋，協助彙整問題根因，制定與優化客服 SOP、話術，改善服務流程與追蹤執行成效。
