## Job description

### 資訊治理與制度管理
- 協助資訊相關管理制度、SOP 及作業流程之建立、維護與執行，並追蹤相關管理事項。

### 資訊營運與管理作業
- 協助資訊單位日常營運、人力招募、費用核銷、採購及相關行政管理作業。

### 管理報告與跨單位協作
- 協助管理報告、會議及專案資料彙整，負責待辦事項、執行進度追蹤及跨部門溝通協調。

### 流程優化與自動化
- 協助行政及管理流程標準化，運用 Excel、Power Automate、VBA 等工具提升資料彙整及例行作業效率。
- 協助主管交辦事項。
