## Job description

你將加入國泰投信在數位領域的全功能團隊，採 Scrum 方式運作，成員來自數據、數位、科技與設計等不同專業領域，並且有金融業、顧問業、科技業等多元行業背景，將和你一起負責數位平台營運和推動客戶體驗創新。 我們致力於協助國泰投信發展數位平台，包含但不限於國泰投信官方網站、ETF服務、基金交易平台等，提供客戶完善的商品資訊和便捷服務，滿足客戶需求，達成曝光、銷售、服務轉化等不同任務目標，並藉由數位服務提升國泰投信在資產管理行業的競爭力。 您所肩負的責任
- 負責規劃平台的年度發展藍圖與策略，確保數位策略聚焦於公司重點目標
- 負責追蹤與分析平台的質量化經營指標，採數據驅動方式持續驗證與優化
- 負責數位平台功能規劃和解決方案設計，提升客戶體驗和營運效能
- 負責平台日常維護及異常追蹤管理，確保營運穩定和高效
- 負責專案開發的規劃、組織與協調，並確保專案如期如質完成
- 負責平台相關的稽核作業及辦法訂定，確保服務合規、治理機制完善
- 參與團隊能力發展及管理機制的持續完善、提升
- 協助部門日常行政作業
