## Job description

我們是國泰世華銀行資訊處的【業務中台部】，致力於打造可規模化、可重用、具韌性的企業級中台能力，透過微服務、API、事件驅動與雲原生技術，支援數位、數據、核心轉置及打造銀行內的新AI協作模式等金融服務場景。 我們不只使用 AI 輔助寫程式，而是持續將 AI 納入完整 Software Development Life Cycle（SDLC），並建立 SDLC Agent協助需求分析、設計、開發、測試、Code Review、文件產製、問題分析與維運等工作。因此，我們期待加入的夥伴具備扎實的系統與工程基礎，能理解AI 的能力與限制，並主動思考如何運用 AI / Agent改變軟體開發方式、提升交付品質與工程效率。 【角色定位】 我們尋找具備扎實程式設計能力、願意深入 Cloud Native與企業級整合技術，並能熟練運用 AI / SDLC Agent提升工程生產力的開發人才。 在這個角色中，AI可以協助你產生程式，但你必須有能力判斷程式是否正確。

除了會使用 AI Coding Tool，我們更重視你的Programming Fundamentals、Framework Understanding、System Thinking、Debugging與Engineering Discipline 【職務內容】 1.參與中台微服務、Cloud-Native、API、企業應用整合及事件驅動服務之設計與開發。 2.使用Java / Spring Boot / Quarkus開發企業級微服務與 API。 3.使用Apache Camel等 Integration Framework 進行EAI、系統介接與整合流程開發。 4.依系統需求進行 API Contract、資料模型、Business Logic、Exception Handling、Transaction 等程式設計。 5.參與 Event-Driven / Messaging應用開發，並依場景處理非同步流程、可靠性及資料一致性問題。

6.撰寫 Unit Test / Integration Test，參與 Code Review、Debugging、效能分析與問題排除。 7.將應用程式容器化，並於 Kubernetes / OpenShift等環境進行部署、驗證及維運。 8.使用AI Coding Assistant / SDLC Agent協助程式開發、Refactoring、Test Generation、Code Review、Troubleshooting 與技術文件產製。 9.對 AI 產生的程式碼進行Review、測試與安全性驗證，避免在不了解程式邏輯的情況下直接採用 AI產出。 10.主動探索 AI Agent 在 Software Engineering的應用方式，持續提升團隊開發速度、品質與維運效率。 【具備條件】 1.具良好的程式設計基礎，理解 OOP、Data Structure、Exception Handling、Concurrency、I/O、HTTP / REST 等基本概念。

2.具Java實際開發能力，並熟悉或具備Spring Boot微服務開發經驗。 3.具 RESTful API 開發經驗，理解 API Contract、Status Code、Authentication / Authorization、Error Handling等基本設計原則。 4.具 SQL 與 Database 基礎，能進行基本資料模型設計、查詢及問題分析。 5.具 Unit Test、Integration Test 與 Debugging基礎能力，能自行定位及分析程式問題。 6.理解 Container / Cloud Native 基本概念，具 Docker、Kubernetes 或 OpenShift 使用經驗或具備快速學習能力。 7.想具 AI-assisted Development 經驗或高度意願，能運用 AI Coding Tool協助開發，同時能自行驗證 AI產出程式的正確性、效能、安全性及可維護性。

8.具主動學習、問題解決與團隊合作能力，願意持續探索新的 Framework、Open Source 與 AI Engineering 方法。
