## Job description

*Note: This is a Vietnam-based local hire position, not an expatriate assignment.* *此職務為國泰產險越南子公司職缺，將直接至子公司任職*
- 承接公司年度策略重點，擬訂分公司年度營運計劃。
- 監督計劃之執行、管理計劃之進度，以確保年度目標達成。
- 管理單位保險契約之保費收取及銷帳，以協助公司財務運作。

### 管理分公司行政及專業相關工作
- 核保、理賠、保費、行政等作業。
- 對各營業區及利潤中心指導相關工作並評估其遵守情況。
- 與政府主管機關(保險局、稅局、公安)建立關係及與國壽通路、台灣官方（銀行、保險、台商協會）保持聯繫。
- 銷售管理-國泰人壽通路之行銷活動及相關營業人員管理，以達成公司目標績效。
- 售後管理-國泰人壽通路之抱怨及投訴處理，以利各項業務推動。
- 落實轄下人員績效管理及培育，以提高人員留置及團隊績效。
