### 規劃教育訓練

### 專案式企劃推動
- 深入研究人才發展趨勢，設計並推動具策略性的專案企劃

### 以數據驅動決策
- 透過訓練需求與回饋分析，提出具創意的發展方案

### 激勵員工參與感
- 設計學習激勵與企劃活動，提升員工參與度與熱忱！
