## Job description

【工作內容】
- 應用AI協助撰寫簡易程式碼(如Excel VBA、Python)，具備實際解決問題的經驗，例如快速建立各類業務報表分析與處理，以及數據視覺化報表(如 Tableau Dashboard)。
- 分析證券或複委託等業務績效報表，並找出重複性高、易出錯的環節，提出優化建議。
- 使用RPA或Power Automate等自動化工具的經驗，能維護與優化既有自動化程式。
- 推動專案管理與溝通協調能力(跨部門專案推進經驗尤佳)，例如擔任業務與資訊單位溝通窗口，收集和分析業務需求，並且轉化為系統的功能優化方案、偕同IT團隊落地執行。
- 日常報表維運及其他主管交辦事項。 【我們希望你具備】
- 具備3年以上資料處理與分析經驗。
- 細心、主動，能配合進度完成交辦任務。
- 基於工作性質，需要具備學習能力和自我驅動意識，能夠發現問題並解決問題。
- 基於業務需求多樣與AI變動快速，能教育並賦能團隊導入新工具與流程，提升部門AI數位能力。
