## Job description

*歡迎大專院校產學合作 * 透過階段式課程安排及實務作業，讓實習生逐步熟悉銀行業務，並由實習表現狀況，評估個人發展潛能特質，挑選適合留任本部者正式進用 -- │目標對象：大四下學期應屆畢業生，有志於銀行接聽0800客服專線，處理信用卡及金融商品等領域發展者 │實習期間：2027/2-2027/6，每週實習4-5天 │實習單位：金融服務部(台中市北區) │實習內容： (1)接聽0800電話客服專線，訓練溝通技巧、表達能力與判斷力。 (2)幫助客戶解決問題，提供兼具品質及效率的服務。 (3)完整上崗培育，階段式課程安排包含金融專知、軟性技能、值機演練，專人帶領入門銀行大小事，讓你成為全方位專業溝通達人。
