## Job description
- Leverage data to facilitate the business decision-making process and gain insights through big data analysis (including data extraction, data cleaning, data exploration and analysis) to identify issues and explore new business models.
- Use programs to establish analysis or forecasting models for applications such as precision marketing or risk control, thereby fostering the business decision-making process or enhancing operations efficiency.
- Collaborate and communicate with other business departments to plan and formulate data-driven business solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement the solutions.
- Research the adoption of algorithms and theories and perform trials of emerging data applications and technologies, thereby enhancing the overall capabilities of data teams' data applications.
- Establish automation architecture and develop supporting tools for data teams.
- 透過數據協助商業決策，萃取大數據資料進行洞察分析，包含資料抽取、數據清洗、探索分析等，發掘問題及新商業模式。
- 使用程式建置分析或預測模型，投入精準行銷或風險控制等應用，促成商業決策或提升作業效率。
- 結合其他部門業務共同合作，溝通、規劃並建構「數據驅動」之商業解決方案，整合跨單位工作並落地實作。
- 各種演算法技術與理論落地研究、實作可實務應用之新興數據技術，協助提升團隊整體數據技術運用能力。
- 建構數據團隊自動化架構、開發數據團隊輔助工具。
