- 整合監控工具並導入自動化流程。
- 會同開發一起設計、優化服務架構，確保在線服務高可用性和可擴展性。
- 收集分析系統效能以提升基礎設施與應用服務可用性，並早期預警即時狀況排除。
- 持續的創新和優化能力，進行效率和擴展架構相關優化，提升系統SLA。
