## Job description

職務說明 負責電子交易系統（APP／Web／API）之日常維運、系統監控與異常處理，確保交易平台穩定運行， 並透過效能監控、壓力測試及各項維運作業持續提升系統可用性與服務品質。

### 一、系統維運與監控
- 負責電子交易系統日常巡檢、監控及維運作業。
- 監控系統運作狀態，分析Log及異常事件，協助問題排除與追蹤改善。
- 擔任系統異常值班人員，處理線上突發事件並進行問題通報。
- 執行系統版本上版驗測、檢核及相關上版作業。
- 負責系統各項盤點、維護及定期檢查作業。

### 二、效能管理與測試
- 執行系統壓力測試與效能驗證，協助撰寫及維護JMeter測試腳本。
- 分析系統效能、資源使用情況及容量趨勢，提出優化建議。
- 協助監控平台建置與優化，提升系統可觀測性與告警品質。

三、資訊安全與營運持續管理
- 配合資訊安全管理制度（ISMS）相關作業與稽核需求。
- 參與營運持續管理（BCM）、異地備援及災難復原相關演練。
- 配合颱風天、重大行情或特殊事件期間之系統維運工作。

### 四、系統管理與文件維護
- 撰寫及維護系統操作文件、維運文件與測試報告。
- 維護主機資源使用狀況，執行Log管理、Batch Script撰寫及相關自動化作業。
- 協助委外廠商交付成果驗收、測試與文件檢核。
