## Job description
- 協助分行管理銷售合規，包含督導轄下人員落實作業準則，銷售前KYC評估，確認銷售商品適妥性，銷售流程控管及售後服務，風險點評估訓練及協調財管爭議案件。
- 運用輔銷工具及演練銷售技巧，對於轄下理專進行培訓輔導，提高理專職達率及分行績效目標。
- 充分運用各項資源，包含總行輔銷及分行客戶資源，協助理專及分行達成績效目標。
- 定期追蹤理專活動量與績效追蹤，高端客戶陪訪與新戶開發。
- 協助分行輔導全員推動轉介計劃，促成團隊合作與追蹤管理。
