## Job description

職務說明 派駐香港子公司，負責核心交易系統之維運監控/問題追蹤及資訊需求管理，為與系統廠商之主要技術窗口，確保交易系統穩定運行並提供即時支援服務。

### 一、交易系統維運與監控
- 負責核心交易平台（前台／後台）維運監控管理。
- 系統運行問題處理，通報廠商進行問題排除、修正作業及優化建議。
- 確認系統需求功能、驗測品質及上線後檢核作業。

### 二、需求與問題管理
- 擔任香港子公司與系統廠商之主要溝通窗口。
- 系統業務需求及開發規格確認、問題追蹤及改善進度管理。
- 追蹤需求開發進度及廠商交付成果。
- 維護系統相關文件、異常處理紀錄及維運報告。
